No worries at all. Life gets busy! Just get in touch with us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery and we’ll sort it out for you. Be sure to include your order number and your new preferred date so our elves can update it in time.
It’s best if someone’s home, especially if we’re setting the tree up inside for you. But if you can’t be there, no worries! Please leave a note at checkout with clear instructions or if you require any assistance. Our staff will leave your tree in a safe shady spot, standing in water to keep it fresh. You’ll also get a text message once your tree has been delivered.
We want you to love your tree! That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy, we’ll replace it free of charge. Additionally, if your tree doesn’t last until Christmas and you have followed our care instructions, just let us know, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement.

Trees are delivered between 9 AM and 5 PM on your selected date. While we can’t guarantee an exact time, you’ll receive a text message in the morning when your tree is loaded and the delivery ute is departing the farm, so you know it’s on its way.

A fresh Christmas tree will last over 4 weeks with proper care, often staying vibrant and fragrant throughout the entire holiday season. To keep your tree looking its best, make sure to keep the stand filled with water at all times and place the tree away from direct sunlight, air conditioners, or fans that can dry it out faster.
With these simple steps, your tree will bring festive cheer well beyond four weeks.
